The ScoliSMART Activity Suit is available for purchase only upon being approved by one of our doctors. The approval process can take up to 10 business days to complete. The Adult SAS is not right for everyone, so we evaluate each candidate closely and will only approve the Adult SAS purchase once we have determined the patient will benefit. A confirmation email will be sent out to approved patients. If you do not qualify, or if your application is denied, you will receive an email giving the reasons why - as well as steps that can be taken to re-apply. Some examples of reasons for denial are expired ID, X-rays that are outdated, or in some cases - the type of scoliosis you have may not be compatible with the SAS.
Upon being approved, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to purchase the Adult SAS that has been custom prescribed based on your scoliosis and the measurements you provided. It is extremely important that you provide accurate - and current - measurements as well as your current height and weight.
After you've completed your purchase, your Adult SAS order will be processed and shipped. Shipping is handled by the USPS and delivery may take up to 14 days depending on your location. In cases where you pay with a financing approval code, the process may be delayed until we can confirm the approval code. This financial approval is available only in the US and is provided by CareCredit.
Each Adult SAS comes with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty and a 30-day return policy. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
If you received the wrong size for any piece you must contact customer service within 10 days of receiving your ScoliSMART Activity Suit.
Orders placed outside of the USA may be subject to additional Customs Fees and VAT. If you are ordering from a country that has Import/Customs Fees and VAT, you will be responsible for paying that at the time of delivery.
